Odyssée Blanc de Blancs is a 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru champagne, from the terroirs of Avize in the Côte des Blancs. This champagne reveals fresh aromas of white-fleshed fruits and mirabelle plum. On the palate, it is round, balanced and offers a beautiful freshness. Ideal for an aperitif, it also goes perfectly with scallops or salmon.
