Pascal Jolivet Terres Blanches

Pascal Jolivet Terres Blanches is a refined and mineral Sancerre Blanc, made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in soils rich in Kimmeridgian marl, known as "terres blanches" (white earth). This terroir gives the wine a dense structure and great complexity. The nose opens with aromas of ripe lemon, white peach, flint, and dried flowers. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, taut, and precise, with flavors of citrus, white fruit, flint, and a mouthwatering, saline finish. A Sancerre of character, perfect for aging or pairing with fine fish, shellfish, and aged cheeses.
