Paul Aegerter Mâcon-Fuissé 2024

Paul Aegerter Mâcon-Fuissé 2024 is a white Burgundy wine made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. The vines are planted in the brown limestone soils of the Mâconnais, around the village of Fuissé.

The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, then vinified in vats. The wine then undergoes 8 to 12 months of aging in demi-muids that have previously contained two wines. Its lightly golden color precedes a fresh and appealing nose, marked by yuzu, lime, peach, crisp pear, and acacia. The palate is round and balanced, with a fresh and delicately bitter finish.

Accessible and refreshing, this Chardonnay will be suitable as an aperitif or with fish or slightly exotic cuisine.
