Pierre de Charme Blanc de Noirs is a characterful champagne, made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes grown in select vineyards of the Montagne de Reims. This Blanc de Noirs expresses all the power and lusciousness of the black grape variety vinified as a white wine, in a generous and balanced style. The nose opens with aromas of fresh red berries, Mirabelle plum, golden brioche, and dried flowers. On the palate, the bubbles are fine, the texture ample and silky, with flavors of cherry, baked apple, honey, and sweet spices. The finish is long, round, and persistent. An expressive and refined champagne, ideal as an aperitif or paired with poultry or aged cheeses.
