The 2023 Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru Les Chenevottes is a Burgundy Chardonnay made from several small plots, including one planted with very old vines. This cuvée elegantly combines the characteristic richness of Chassagne-Montrachet with the mineral tension sought by the domain.
