Roger Pabiot Pouilly-Fumé Cuvée Silex is a dry white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc. Grown on flint-rich soils, it reveals aromas of citrus, hazelnut and flint. On the palate, it is mineral, fresh and persistent. Ideal with oysters, sushi or fish in sauce.
