Roof rye

Roof Rye is a 100% French rye whisky, the result of a collaboration between Distillerie Warenghem in Brittany and Maison Ferroni in Provence. Distilled in Brittany, it first ages in sherry casks, then benefits from a second maturation in Provence, in new American oak casks. This unique process gives it aromas of vanilla, caramel and dried herbs. On the palate, it is mellow and round, with a lingering finish.
