Scapa 16 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky produced on the island of Orkney, north of Scotland. Made from malted barley and aged exclusively in American oak casks that previously held bourbon, this whisky reflects the elegant and subtly fruity style characteristic of the Scapa distillery. Bottled at 40% ABV, it embodies the maritime sweetness and balance typical of this distillery.

On tasting, it displays a light golden color. The nose is delicate and aromatic, blending notes of ripe pear, honey, vanilla, and white flowers, with a subtle saline touch imparted by the maritime influence. On the palate, the attack is soft and silky, marked by aromas of caramel, baked apple, candied citrus, and toasted wood. The finish is long, delicately spiced, with lingering notes of dried fruit and vanilla.
