Made from a blend of three grains — 75% Quebec corn, 15% rye and 10% malted barley — it is distilled and then aged for three years in new oak barrels, charred using methods typical of American whiskies.

On the palate, this whisky presents a nose reminiscent of praline, buttered corn, and honey porridge. On the palate, notes of cocoa powder mingle with flavors of juicy sultanas, vanilla pastries, and toasted nuts.
