Stellaire Immersion

Stellaire Immersion is a lively and profound red wine, made from a blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir grown biodynamically on granite terroirs. This artisanal cuvée is vinified without additives, filtration, or fining, to allow the fruit and energy of the grape to freely express itself. The nose is pure and intense, with aromas of cherry, raspberry, dried rose, and sweet pepper. On the palate, the texture is fluid, silky, and full of freshness, with flavors of red berries, pomegranate, spices, and a touch of minerality. The finish is long, vibrant, and very digestible. A natural wine of great drinkability, both joyful and subtle, to be shared without fuss but with care.
