Stellaire Rencontre

Stellaire Rencontre is a pure and luminous white wine, made from a blend of biodynamically grown Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc. Produced without additives, fining, or filtration, this natural white expresses all the finesse of the grape varieties and the sincerity of the terroir. The nose opens with aromas of ripe pear, white flowers, light honey, and citrus zest. On the palate, the texture is supple and invigorating, with flavors of white-fleshed fruit, candied lemon, fresh hazelnut, and a beautiful mineral tension. The finish is clean, saline, and persistent. A lively, expressive, and balanced white wine, to be shared with ease.
