Tomintoul Seiridh (pronounced "sheh-ree") is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, matured in carefully selected oloroso sherry casks. This expression showcases the signature sweetness of the Tomintoul distillery, enhanced by the richness and lusciousness of the sherry. The nose reveals aromas of raisins, dried fruit, caramel, and sweet spices. On the palate, the texture is smooth and warming, with flavors of date, dark chocolate, toasted hazelnut, and a lovely touch of oak. The finish is long, silky, and delicately spiced.
