Twelve Almandine

Twelve Almandin is a refined and mineral French single malt, distilled in the Aubrac region by the Twelve distillery. This expression is distinguished by careful aging in French oak casks, complemented by finishing in sweet white wine casks, which imparts complexity and elegance. The nose is delicate and expressive, with notes of candied fruit, honey, almond, and dried flowers. On the palate, the texture is refined, with aromas of poached pear, vanilla, beeswax, and a vibrant minerality. The finish is long, subtly sweet, and marked by a beautiful tension.
