Twelve Aventurine

Twelve Aventurine is a bold and mineral French single malt, distilled in the heart of the Aubrac region by the Twelve distillery. This whisky draws its identity from meticulous aging in French oak casks, complemented by finishing in white wine casks, which lends it finesse and singularity. The nose opens with aromas of white fruits, dried flowers, vanilla, and lightly toasted notes. On the palate, the texture is elegant and structured, with flavors of ripe pear, golden cereals, fresh almond, and a pronounced mineral touch. The finish is long, precise, and delicately woody.
