Twelve Blue Onyx

Twelve Blue Onyx is an intense and distinguished French single malt, distilled in the heart of the Aubrac region by the Twelve distillery. This whisky draws its strength and complexity from extended maturation in French oak casks, complemented by finishing in ex-red wine casks, which imparts depth and structure. The nose reveals aromas of dark fruit, cocoa, sweet spices, and fine wood. On the palate, the texture is full and silky, with flavors of Morello cherry, pepper, vanilla, and an elegant tannic structure. The finish is long, powerful, and perfectly balanced.
