Valpolicella Ripasso

Valpolicella Ripasso is a generous and structured Italian red wine from the Veneto region. It is made from Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes using the traditional "ripasso" method, which involves refermenting the wine on the lees of Amarone. This process gives it a beautiful aromatic concentration and added depth. The nose reveals aromas of black cherry, plum, cocoa, and licorice. On the palate, the texture is full and velvety, with flavors of candied fruit, sweet spices, tobacco, and subtle oak. The finish is long, warm, and perfectly balanced.
